Management and Network Serivces Completes Agreement with MultiPlan

Columbus, Ohio, December 8, 2008 - Management and Network Serivces, LLC (MNS) announced today, that it has recently completed a national Ancillary Service Agreement with MultiPlan, Inc. to become effective December 1, 2008. Under the new Agreement, MNS will arrange for the provision of skilled nursing services to eligible health plan participants accessing the MultiPlan Network nationally, and the PHCS Network regionally in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. In addition, the agreement will provide access to eligible individuals paying for their own healthcare through programs using the ValuePoint by MultiPlan® network. MultiPlan is the nation's oldest and largest supplier of independent, network based cost management solutions, with an estimated 40 million consumers accessing its networks. Managment and Network Serivices, LLC is a full service, messenger model network of affiliated skilled nursing and rehabilitation providers, serving the needs of commercial insurers, self insureds, TPAs, and Federal State and Local government agencies.
