Jonathan Hoffman L.N.H.A.
President, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman of the Board
Mr.
Hoffman started Management and Network Services Inc. in 1996 serving as Vice
President of Business Development. In 1997 Jon was named President, CEO and
Chairman of the Board of the newly formed Management and Network Services,
L.L.C.
Mr. Hoffman has 21 years of long term care experience including
serving as Administrator for Trinity Retirement Community in Beavercreek, Ohio,
operated by United Church Homes from 1990-1995; serving as Administrator of
Leisure Oaks Convalescent Center in Defiance, Ohio, operated by Volunteers of
America from 1987-1989. He began his career in 1983 serving as the Business
Office Coordinator for six Volunteer of America nursing facilities located
throughout Ohio with a special focus on Accounts Receivable and Collections. He
is a graduate of Wright State University.
Rebecca Finnegan
Vice President,
Director of Operations
Mrs.
Finnegan has been with MNS since its inception. Prior to becoming the Director
of Operations she served as the Director of Case Management Services. She has
worked with the development and implementation of MNS case management software,
development of the quality improvement program and has completed educational
sessions with insurers, hospital discharge personnel, and nursing facilities.
Mrs. Finnegan is a graduate of Capital University School of
Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, The Ohio State University with a
Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Administration and
Capital University with a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining
MNS, she worked in the acute care environment as an Orthopedic Case Manager,
Clinical Manager, Medical Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Staff Nurse.
Joseph Pepoy

Director of Business Development
Mr. Pepoy
started with MNS in July 1998 as Network Manager for Northeast Ohio. He oversaw
provider and payor relationships while developing the expansion of the Network
in Ohio bringing on numerous new insurance contracts, renegotiating current
contracts and expanding the provider network. He was promoted in 2000 to
Director of Business Development and is responsible for National Expansion and
new business opportunities. His responsibilities also include Management
Leadership within the organization to ensure that our payors and providers are
receiving excellent customer service.
Mr. Pepoy has 25+ years in the healthcare field including
experience in numerous roles in leadership management in areas such as
Operations, Finance, Risk Management, and Marketing. He attended Cleveland
State University majoring in Marketing and Accounting.
Heather Tausel (Ulczynski)
Director of Provider Affairs
Mrs.
Tausel started with MNS in 1999 as a credentialing nurse. In 2002, she was
promoted to Director of Network Development where she is responsible for
building and maintaining skilled nursing facility networks, credentialing all
network facilities and addressing all provider quality issues. She also
assisted in the development of the Quality Assurance Manual.
Ms. Tausel has 10 years of long term care experience. Prior to
MNS, she worked as an account specialist and a nurse consultant for a national
long term care pharmacy. She received her Nursing degree from Belmont Technical
College and is currently pursuing her Masters in Marketing at the University of
Phoenix.
Rita Newcomb
Director of Business Operations
Mrs.
Newcomb has been with MNS since its inception. Prior to becoming the Director
of Business Operations in 2001, she served as the Network Development Accounts
Information Administrator as well as a Financial Analyst. She has assisted in
the development and implementation of the MNS CasePointe software as well as
the DocuPointe imaging system.
Mrs. Newcomb has over 8 years of experience in Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll and Financial Reporting. She is
a graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Marketing.
