Providers are encouraged to check out the exciting enhancements to MNS’ state-of-the-art web-based Provider Portal. New features include online claim inquiry dialog with MNS and payor representatives; automatic notification when a case requires documentation, a note needs attention, or an EFT payment was processed by MNS; online review of published documents; and the ability to see and review the entire patient case file. Most recently, MNS has built the AUTH CONNECT component to the portal. This piece will be especially useful to providers who have direct contracts with payors. Utilize MNS’ portal to communicate directly 24/7 with your payor case managers, upload clinical documents, and get immediate notification of any case activity—all at no cost beyond your membership fee.
